How do I get a quote, and how fast do you reply?
Send us your itinerary, dates and group size through the form below (or by email). We usually reply within one working day with a tailored quote. The more detail you give us — pick-up points, schedule, overnight stops — the more accurate the price.
What is included in the price?
The coach and a professional driver for the agreed itinerary, plus motorway tolls and parking fees. For multi-day trips, the driver's board and accommodation are not included and are usually arranged by the organiser.
How many seats do your coaches have?
Our gran turismo coaches seat 53 to 59 passengers, plus driver and courier. For larger groups we run two or more coaches together, with coordinated drivers and a single quote.
Do you operate multi-day tours and cross-border trips?
Yes, both. There are no territorial limits: we regularly drive groups across Italy and to and from other European countries, on single-day and multi-day programmes.
What about EU driving-time rules on longer itineraries?
We plan every itinerary in full compliance with EU regulations: a driver may drive up to 9 hours a day, with a 45-minute break every 4.5 hours of driving, within a 13-hour working day and with 11 consecutive hours of daily rest. If your programme goes beyond these limits, we provide a second driver — tell us your schedule and we will build the quote accordingly.
How far in advance should we book?
There is no fixed deadline, but coaches and drivers fill up quickly in high season — spring and autumn especially, for pilgrimage groups. The earlier you get in touch, the better the availability.
Can you invoice our company in another EU country?
Yes. We work with tour operators and agencies across Europe and issue EU invoices with the appropriate VAT treatment. Payment terms and methods are agreed when the booking is confirmed.
